As a company with its registered office in Switzerland we comply with Swiss data protection legislation. Where the European General Data Protection Regulation applies to us, we comply with its provisions as well.

We have no influence over surveillance and data processing carried out by Swiss or international authorities holding the corresponding powers.

What data we process

We process data you provide voluntarily – by email, through a contact form, or when signing up for the newsletter. In addition, technical data arises whenever the website is accessed.

• Your email address if you sign up for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every issue
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and time of access
• Usage data about how the website is used, provided you have consented to analytics
• We do not collect payment data. Ticket sales are handled entirely by the respective ticketing providers

Data security and disclosure

We protect personal data by appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website is transmitted exclusively over an encrypted connection.

To deliver our services we use providers who process data on our behalf, including abroad. A complete list of the processors involved is available from us on request.

Links to other websites

This website links to external sites, in particular to our ticketing partners and to social networks. We have no influence over their content or their data processing. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

This privacy policy and the use of this website are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Third-party services

This website embeds content and services from third parties. When a page is loaded, a connection to those providers' servers is established, which transmits at least your IP address. Those servers may be located outside Switzerland and the EU.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are only loaded after you have accepted in the cookie notice. If you decline or make no choice, neither analytics nor ad campaign tracking take place. The remaining services listed are technically required to display the website.

Social networks

In the footer we link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Spotify. These are plain links, not embedded plugins: a connection to those providers is only established once you click one of them.
